Fantastic boutique hotel opposite the tourist info centre and fish market. Wonderful room with view of the mountain and everything in front, the water, boats, people and the colourful houses Bergen is famed for. The best hotel shower we’ve ever experienced, I know this sounds odd but it matters! Very comfortable bed, big TV, barely there to watch it. Breakfast was expansive, fresh and truly delicious. Staff were delightful and our whole experience was great. Absolutely loved it.

We had booked a two bedroom apartment. They were fully booked so they split us, that gave a studio and a. Family room. For te inconvenience they provided free breakfast for the four of us in the hotel buffet. The buffet was fantastic, one of the best buffets I’ve ever been to, the smoked salmon was spectacular. The studio was very convenient, that kitchen could be better equipped. The family room in the hotel was new and very modern decorated. Very comfortable beds and room, with two separated areas and two televisions. Very kind staff in the hotel

The location is incredible, very convenient to anything you have planned in Bergen. Walkable to the harbor and the Floyen funicular and train station. Breakfast was also 10/10. The breakfast staff were beyond friendly and helpful and it’s a robust breakfast buffet with full English breakfast options, tons of fruits, yogurts, sweets and fresh warm bread.

great location. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, well equipped kitchen and the bathroom was nice. A nice balcony with view.

Breakfast was great! Good variety of hot, cold, and long cal breakfast items. Staff walked around and offered extra muffins and juices. Staff was super helpful! Monika from the front desk was really great and we liked the parking garage discount t the hotel offered us! Tip, have your listende plate number ready when you check in to receive the discount for the Kloster Garasjen discount to be applied.

We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment and because the apartment did not appear to be ready upon check-in, we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment (lovely bathroom!). This was very much appreciated - we probably needed the extra space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The location was central to the train station and the downtown sights/activities - the neighbourhood was easy to get around on foot and using local transit.

The Breakfast was amazing! Hotel was very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. Location was perfect. We came in on the ferry and went to the back door. We called and they kindly guided us to the front. Just around the corner. A sign on the back door would help. When we left, we walked 6 minutes to the the # 1 tram that took us directly to the airport. The location is excellent!Great sta We will definitely be back!

Monica at the reception was very cheerful, helpful, and friendly. The lobby of the building doesnt look welcoming but the apartment was lovely, clean and has a small balcony with a view of the Bryggen. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. I'll stay in this place should I return to Bergen.
